Poor service

The service is poor and they give false information to client. They do not know what customer service is even the managers there. Ever since this year began i have not received proper service and they keep moving me from here to there. Not forgetting the debit order going through that i did not authorize. The list goes on and on. The service is absolutely unacceptable
