Poor service
This is the 5th time I complain about your sevice over a reward that I won on my DSTV app. The lady who was assisting me (Thando Nokukhanya Mti) sent me the below email and nothing has been done.
Your other premium reward will be effective from 26/01/2022, you will then revert to the compact package on 26/02/2022
