Poor service

I app**** for a price lock on the 13th of August and it was approved. I have been following up almost every day i am nit getting any joy with DSTV what is worse and frustrating the service is poor and no one picks up a phone to call you so that you can be assisted. All you are told is that you can not call the price lock team. Service is very poor , they sent my query to an installer however the device has niot been delivered. Its like they don’t of passion for what they do and don’t care about the customers
