Poor service

Every month my service do get disconnected and they want me to pay R50 connection fee my due date is on the 15 of every month but it get disconnected on the same day plus I do pay them on the 14 of every month the amount of my package. plus they text me is what I pay but they always wants more then what I need to pay for a phone call it cost me between R45.00 and R63.00 and I must call twice to get help the they will tell me sorry for the inconvenience we have caused you but never compensate me
