Poor service

Multi choice will give you bad customer service no matter what u need. We called multi choice 3 weeks ago and we were told they will call us back. Only today they called back in the morning. Asked the lady to call back at 12 she agreed it's one hour later still no phone call. I guess she will call 3 weeks later.

All we wanted was to take a contract with multi choice.
