Poor service

Good day.

Let me be VERY VERY clear about this: I wil keep report DSTV on hello peter until I have actually seen a difference in their service.

I was trying to watch something on dstv now om the computer. I have watched 3 different things with no problems. But all of a sudden when I want to watched something else....nothing wants to happen...it just keeps buffering....as if the video does'nt want to load.

What I want to know is...why is it that I can watch easily what I want then all of a sudden out of nowhere....this happens!!

And of course I get the so fami**** messege...we are unable to play this video right now. And it is not my internet...because when I play the previous episode...the play without any problems...but the new episode...this nonsense happens!!

I have had enough of this pathetic service!! I expect someone to call me on this matter.
