Poor service: call centre, accounts, managers etc
I called no less than 20 times and when I finally got through that ******* teleprompting system which channels customers, I spoke to Thabang, then Sina, then Palesa, then Tsegofatso, then Priscilla, then Busi, and finally Selina this evening. I was promised return calls from two managers, Masilo and another Mgr (I'm still waiting) I spent over 55 minutes on previous calls, and I am currently on hold again this time for 13:54 minutes while they call a manager. I called Multichoice on 3 August to advise I was moving home and to suspend my service and to ensure that my account is not debited. On the 7th, my service was disabled, and on the 8th, I was debited R800 odd. They now tell me that it takes 40 days to refund me, for their admitted error, and I cannot suspend the service until the credit is paid, meaning I will probably be billed again on the 7th September! They also did not advise regarding the insurance portion, whcih is now also still active. The cheeky response was to go into a bank to resolve myself. What a joke - joke of a product, joke of service delivery and a disgrace of a company.
