Poor service

As a premium customer. I've been trying to log on to the dstv app and used the live chat which is of no assistance. I've called the call center and got no assistance. There is another user's email address linked to my account yet dstv tells me they have only my email address linked to my account. If that's the case why can't i log in to the dstv app.
