Poor service
I’ve complained before about this matter and I am complaining again. DStv you guys are so disappointing to be honest. Most of the channels on a package that I am paying for are not playing, especially cartoons channels only Disney channels is playing the rest they not. Can you guys fix this cause it is irritating that’s why I even went to the lowest package because you guys are disappointing.
I’m tired of calling and being told to switch on an off the decoder, switch cables or even take out the card. You guys are just wasting out airtime for nothing honestly and you don’t even call back when we get cut off.

The guy called me Thursday afternoon when I wasn’t a home wanting to assist me however I informed him that I wasn’t at home.He promised to call back on Saturday as he to me that his not working on Friday to assist. He never called back.
