Poor service by MultiChoice

I have heard of bad experience but DSTV takes cup on it. I have been calling them for the past 3 months and everytime you call you get the most horrible experience. If you ask for team leader or manager they will tell you they are in the meeting. Just to only I spoke to Muzi and Silindile zonly to be kept on holding until you run out of airtime with no joy. Silindile kept me holding for more than 30 minutes. From the 10th of May 2021 till date I spoke to 5 consultants and none of them were able to assist me. I have sent emails and even them were not responded to. I'm at the stage where I think this is not worth it and just cancel my contract with them.
