Poor service by DSTV(multi choice)

I am on price lock. Since last week Wednesday i cannot use my PVR features and whenever i call customer service they tell me sorry mem our system is slow or i cant reconnect you, I will escalate the matter. Till today i can get a solution. I am angry right now.
