Poor Service by DStv MultiChoice
Since the beginning of September I have not been able to view quite a number of channels since the changes implemented by Multichoice. Channels like 161,107,106 to mention few does not play. I've reported the issue through the call center. I've been told that there is a general issue which many users have reported. The issue has been escalated to the broadcasting team, if its a general issue surely by now Multichoice should have fix it. I am hoping that I am going to get discount for a service that's not rendered. Multichoice packages does not come cheap, I don't expect this kind of a service, its a Poor. Please fix this

09 Sept 2020, 14:40Dear Wandile,
Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused and for the negative experience that you've had. MultiChoice’s mission is to always strive towards providing a service of world-class standards, and thus your recent unsatisfactory experience is regarded with all seriousness
As per telecom, you will need to take the decoder to your nearest Agency as the matter is not broadcast related. As mentioned, testing is done free of charge and once this is done, you will be advised whether the problem lies with the decoder or the installation
Kind regards,
