Poor Service

I took Dstv Compact subscription on Pricelock (Explora decoder) and add my PVR decoder on Extraview only to find out that my PVR has been added on another Compact subscription...now why would i have two Compact subscriptions in one household???...I tried calling the Contact Center but everybody seem to be *********** in helping to rectify, including the so called supervisors...still waiting for widely used 'escalation'!!!!...It's been week three now after numerous calls, emails, messages you name it....I'm really disgusted at the level of service from DSTV!!!!! I just need a simple extraview added to my package....is that too much to ask???
