Poor service

Dstv consultants are useless. I spoke to three different consultants today to fix our xtraview and its still not sorted. Cisandra said she will call me back within a hour but i had to call back. I have wasted all my airtime. We are paying for a service that we are not getting any joy from. You are not treating customers fairly and just cause disappointment and frustration.
