Poor service

Last year December I app**** for DStv internet the deal was R249 I was told by consultant that they will gave 100gig for 3 months then after 3 months it will be 50gig it was ok for me cause I wanted it for my child so she can do her homework then it was delivered on the 3rd of January next after two weeks ram courier delivers other router I immediately called DStv about delivery they told to take to ram will come to collect it, nothing happened even today am still caring it work it's month now but month end they charge me how can they me for something that is till sealed in pack and not activated can u please fix this so I can pay R249 that we agreed on please.
