Poor Service

Lost for words. I'm sure that the prisoners get a better service where they are detained. My issue of January 2021 is still not resolved. Still waiting for Tebogo to call me back. I have called the center and advise that I need to a SMS 36483 and someone will contact me. Received a call but it was for the new Explore but was told that they escalate the matter. I than SMS 31442 than a lady by the name Lungi called me last week Friday, however she told me that she has connection issues but will call me on Saturday morning. She called on Saturday morning but still the same problem. To date no call back received from Lungi.
