Poor service at Wonderpark Agency

On 20/01 took my decoder to Wonderpark agency, this decoder has been giving me issues, was helped by some lady(Marieka or something) she told its all well but she will reformat the software,mind you its 80 km drive , and asked her several times if its all good,when i got home its not working at all , now have to drive another 80km for the same problem,you will loose more clients due to this incompetence and arrogance of your agents. This is so damn frustrating
