Poor service @ Multichoice Call Centre

When calling the DSTV Call Centre which one have to do too often in the 1st place, you have to deal with consultants without the proper knowledge. Me and my friends who all have dstv accounts hardly ever get the problem resolved 1st time round. You regularly have to call again. Then you have to explain everything from scratch again. They let you do selections which is irrelevant to the problem at hand and it just use up your cell airtime. After between 20 to 30 minutes the problem still persists with the same error code. This is just so frustrating as it's not a 1 time thing. Some of us make 3 calls costing R100 plus. Unreal. We need problems resolved without delay and without cost to ourselves.

Jacques Smith and friends
