poor service at multichoice

In March 2019 i took a price lock contract with dstv after they sent me email with the promotion, the decoder was eventually installed on the 19th of April 2019, this is the decision that i will forever regret, when i took the contract i greed on the last of the month for the debit order, which in turn multichoice keeps on deducting on the 25th i called in April to rectify this, which i was never told about a fee for changing dates, in may multichoice deducted R695.00 on my account for a contract of R499.99, i spoke to a team leader name Ricardo who said he is escalating the matter to me now this month multichoice has deducted R765.00 i spoke to mpho who will also escalate this matter for me as pricelock cant assist as this is a billing query
