Poor service at its Best fom dstv multichoice

Dstv is king in terms of clients service .

They cannot resolve an enquiry all the care about is upselling to clients not after sales services Since from the 7 August 2024 i have been asssited by roughly 8 agents not even one could resolve my enquiry and Even if request to speak to Team leader they will not allow that, They give timeline for escalated matters but no one even bother to call you back to give you feedback
