Poor service at DSTV agent

<p>Yesterday I took my old pvr to trade in for a new one, the consultant asked if I have the installation, I rep**** that I had the one for the existing one, got home and the new explora doesn't work, call multichoice and they inform me that I need a smart LNB, so today I drive back to the agent JJ's electronics Richards bay and the consultant that helped me tells me he asked me about installation but failed to mention that I needed the smart LNB, I wanted to pay in the extra 200 for the option 3 trade in which includes everything however they refused basically calling me a **** saying they informed me about the LNB which they definitely did not, so after driving a round trip of 90kms I am now forced to pay 450 rand for a LNB plus all the wasted fuel, really poor service from JJ's Electronics who can't own up for their own.poor service and mistakes.</p>
