Poor service at DSTV

My young brother paid his DSTV account through my business on the 01-12-2018. Today his account is been blocked due to non-payment. He had to call to find out(which is costing him more money). I also called to get the email address but the person who was assisting me wanted all the info before providing me with email address to send POP. I sent proof to ********** few minutes later account was opened, now again its been closed due to non-payment. This is truly affecting our small business I don't understand why are you failing us so much.
