Poor service at DSTV

Multi Choice poor service,I paid my monthly installment every month acc ***9 but to my surprise the service was disconnected on the 4th April after payment R700 on the 27th March 2024. The Agent Nombuyiseli Nomangogwana said I am owing Netflix but she cannot provide statement because the company does not have access to Netflix. Why should I be pernalised for something that they cannot provide statement.I need to activated today because I am paying my contract every month.IM VERY WITH DISAPOINTED WITH DSTV SERVICES.

DSTV POOR SERVICE .The decoder is disconnected again and no communication from Your company.please activate or discontinue your service for ever I cannot take this anymore You are abusing me every month I should spend money to call your company for something that I don't use .
