Poor service as usual from dstv

They have *********** staff who always miss inform customers and you get charged for service that they cannot provide..paid for per functions and they not working, when I called I was told by Unathi a consultant that my pvr functions cannot be connected yet I had paid for them. Then when you ask for the manager you are put on 20min hold. If you are thinking of subscribing to dstv think twice or you will be **********.
