Poor service and useless strategy to rob us..

This company is strictly after our money, first they want you to have a payment date which really does not make sense if you are not paying via debit order,this is just done so they can keep on claiming that you owe them money,they don't even count 30 days.if your date is 21 and you pay on the 19 which is 2 days before they will still claim you owe them..they don't even follow up on any queries...
