Poor service and unprofessional service by multichoice

I have an account with multichoice dstv, my account was locked without me being notified and also told that my account has a *****ulent icon, I've been in and out of dstv outlet with out help it's now 10 days, made a call on Monday to customer service and spoke to the manager and she told me she will escalate and mark it as urgent but until now my account is still locked, I don't know how many calls I made and how many walk-ins I did. The sad part is that multichoice doesn't hold anyone accountable for the inconvenience caused and I feel aggrieved and angry.
