Poor Service and they won't allow us to reduce to a cheaper plan

We've been trying to get the data deal of R499 for 24 months for my gran but DSTV service is poor and when we want to reduce the plan, their options on what's and website won't allow us. Multichoice is a **** that's why lot of people are ditching it. We also struggled for 3 months to get our stream up and running only got help yesterday and the agent only took a minute. I'm not happy
