Poor service and rude branch consultants

They fail to resolve an on screen error for a week . All agents tell you different procedures. You go to the branch and you are told come on Monday as the branch is closed and we can only accommodate a number of customers. The working hours on the website are not the same as you are told in the branch. What’s the use to pay for the service you are not receiving.
