Poor service and not helped

We are receiving terrible service from Multi choice. We are struggling with our DSTV now app. We phoned in numerous times and they advised us that they cant assist us we need to talk on the live chat. 25 minutes later they rep**** on the live chat to ask for our initials , after waiting yet another 25 minutes they asked for our surname. what services is this ?? This is really pathetic as we are paying a lot of money monthly for a service we aren't receiving.

we removed the application and installed it again , it is still showing no content available, logged on and off numerous times but no luck.

im really disappointed on the service Im receiving.
