Poor service and non existing communications from DSTV.

I have been trying to connect two secondary decoders to my primary decorator for two weeks. No communication and feedback after this has been escalated to the business unit a few times already. The Call Centre is always friendly and helpful but even they, nor the walk in centre that I visited three times can solve the problem. I have lodged a complaint with a case number (Case nr INC-***) and after 48 hours still no feedback, even though they said within one hour someone from the business unit will call.
