poor service and nobody care to call back

I have logged several requests to be contacted and till date nothing. My price-lock period has ended and was not notified; just saw the higher debit order going through my account. Why do you have a WhatsApp service and I log a request and promised that somebody will call me if it does not happen. Even logged request on your website and still waiting. Multichoice service like many companies gong backwards. Do not see I get money for value will all the repeat shows. I cannot pay >R1k p/m just to watch live sports? Then I can just as well cancel my DSTV and subscribe to other streaming services for half the price; can somebody call me or will I see the non-response that you do not care as long as you can get max money from me for a mediocre service?
