Poor Service and no one taking my case serious
I can’t believe this. DStv is treating me like trash, and I don’t understand why me. Is it because it’s me, i don’t get it. It’s been over 3 months now waiting for DStv to fix my account on escalation #INC-***, it’s been back and forth the agent are treating me like trash, no one is talking my case serious even the management. But all the do come debit day they debit my money, and they are charging me wrong 😭😭
I’ve been a premium subscriber since 2010, but this is the treatment i am receiving. Wow. I am so disappointed with DStv 🚮🚮
