Poor service and ****mers

It’s been 3 weeks now my Dstv stream not working. I have reported it, speaking to a thousands of consultants taking me from pillar to post. After 3 weeks this still has not been sorted out but I have paid a full premium. A few days ago I see DsTV team has got a nerve to call me and promote their new packages. You guys you think you are here forever, you will go down soon because your competition is very tight. You have no room to provide such a low and poor quality of service.

I need this sorted or help me cancel the account.
