Poor service and lack of professionalism

My explorer decoder was installed 12 June 2020 after complaining. The consultant did advise on a pro-rata that will go off on the 1/07/2020. I was advised on a price lock amount of R330 for everything.. And now I'm getting billed R479 and when I call I get different stories from consultants( Lusapho and Bongiwe) .. Things that where not explained to me when I accepted the contract.. Where is the TCF guys.. I actually want you to come and take back the explorer decoder as it has not been a pleasant experience..
