POOR SERVICE AND HIDDEN COSTS

I had a bad bad experience about Dstv yesterday, I requested a balance from WhatsApp, the balance was R557.93, made a payment same day around 13:00pm and call them immediately to reconnect, the advisor told me I am connected but not disclosing that my PVR services are not connected, later on I get home I can't do catchup, made a call to them again and got a shock, she told me I owe R85 for month of June hence pvr are not connected, never R85 and why was is not included on that R557.93 whe. I asked for a bill.....Hidden cost must we do our own acc for Dstv as clients, same thing happened to my friend July....its a norm for them to have hidden cost.....Poor Service
