Poor service and false advertising

After writing my first review i received a call from DSTV and after discussing the nature of my complaint i was told i would get a refund. They had promised that i would be called back after further investigations, its been a week still no call... its end of the month and they'll be expecting a payment from me and yet they still owe me, multichoice has a bad service and they dont put their customers first
