Poor service and disconnected

What a horrible experience.... ****** I have been checking my balance with and they gave me 5 different amount with a huge difference to a stage whereby they confuse me with someone else... yesterday I was told that my account is up to date amd today I got an sms saying I owe more than a R1000 and I am now disconnected... bunch of failures with poor service... I spoke to Danny, Luyanda and Cherol who they refused to share their surnames... you guys are tiring with poor admin. Can I have this sorted at least I am asking what I pay for and I don't expect to be ******
