poor service and bad attitude from the staff

received sms to pay R 399.84 , I paid exactly what the sms said i must pay now they disconnected my services and the Bongiwe ndlovu says i must pay reconection fee and she is telling me stories , talking about customer service. Reconnection fee for what becuase i paid exactly what i was asked to pay. why is multichoice sending incorrect smses and penalises us for that.
