Poor service and accounting system
Just as I said... They have once again disconnected my services without notice.I gave them banking details to debit the account but instead, they decided to disconnect services. Your DStv bill is currently *R1584.31*. Please pay by *2023/01/24*.
The account is still escalating.

You contacted me on the 19 January and informed me that I had to pay R 517.00 before my payment date which is the 31st whereby you are going to deduct another R 500.00 plus amount. Today is the 24th mind you.
I requested a call back on hellopeter after this call because I wanted clarification on these amounts.
How do you charge R 517.00 for offering two weeks of a family package.
This means that you are actually manipulating me to pay the R 1500.00 showing on my account.
