Poor service and ****

Dstv multichoice is a poor service and **** company. I have been their loyal client for 11 years but they treat me like I am using their services for free. They canceled my pvr settings and when I call them they send me from pillar to post. Now they are saying That I am not paying for it that is why they canceled it but I had it for mor than five years. How can I have something for five years that I am not paying for? When they check the previous months they do see that I had it all along but they want to put in extra R115 for it on top of the money that I have been paying with those settings included. I have never seen such despicable company.
