Poor service always, there's no improvement.
I don't know how many times I called dstv to allocated my data .I payed my package including internet. It's day 3 still my data is not yet allocates. I called so many times I'm even tired . If it's not about them charging us falsely amount it's something else. We always encounter difficulties with multichoice dstv .I so wish I can cancel these people. I'm tired of complaining. My money is gone. They'll be telling me I'm owing certain amount .while I have payed everything that is due .

27 Feb 2024, 17:39My problem is not yet fixed .I have paid my package fully. It's day 3 .in the morning you promised to fix it .but it's towards end of the day nothing from you .I'm gonna have to report you you or refund me .it's too much now. I cannot pay for a data ,I'm not using. And I've paid my package with all reconnection fees including all the balances .but you'll see them .multichoice they trying to come up with a strategy to avoid allocating my Data .I'm tired ke multichoice
