Poor service

I arrived there, sat down and asked my questions. I wanted to buy the decoder and get DStv. The lady just looked at me and said: 'we don't do installation or sales'. Then when I asked if she could give give me numbers it was a big hassle for her. She also couldn't give me any figures like how much everything would cost. Or try answer my questions. What's the point of a service centre if they don't know these basic things?
