Poor Service

I have been calling Multichoice every week for past 4 months. Some of the agents a so rude and incensitive like they a diong me a favour. My query is not resolve and my DSTV is suspended every week no one have solutions. Every time U call they tell U that the query has been escalated but no resolution. The service is appalling and so so fustrated . Even team leader can not even assist what shame.
