poor service

I have been billed and amount of R715.55 of which i am on compact R399.00 subsciption also linked with showmax R99.00. I called the call centre yesterday and spoke to Nonkululeko who said this amount is just an estimate and CONFIRMED I need to only pay R520.00. I find it really annoying that the app and voce service still shows that R715.55 is due. I need this resolved before my due date. I would also like to cancel thsi decoder insurance of R20.00.
