Dstv called in May 2021 to upgrade that means a new decoder. Suncr May they deducted the amount of R1033. On investment and inquiries, they promissed to follow up. The decoder was send to Newcastle and not Ermelo. In the mean time, we are paying for something that we do not have. They also do not wamt to refund nor degrade
