Poor Service

Hi Multichoice I have been approved for Price Lock in January and the decoder was installed last month mid February 2020 .When i contact multichoice last month to switch the decoder to new under Price Lock i was told to SMS to Price Lock in order for them to change my option to Price Lock i spoke to them last week i was told they were going to change it until today its done ...And im being charged Normal Price which i was suppose to Pay 649 plus the movies that i have rented when i check the amount due is R818 that im suppose to Pay.Im not happy about your service .. Please Assist before month end and correct the amount that is due for Price Lock as promised when you wanted me to take the Price Lock
