Poor Service

Multichoice subscribers declining and I would like to form part of those users due the BAD service of the SP. They have a so called stream service inntge name of Showmax. Promises are made that if you are premium subscriber you have automatic access to Showmax. To my surprise Showmax disappear from explora and I replaced it with Ultra Explora. To my surprise the app is available but it is now almost the 3th month that I can't watch Showmax. I've called several times, tried to use their Apps, both DSTV app and Showmax BUT STILL WITHOUT Showmax. The service of Multichoice both in person and their APP are POORRRRR!!!!!
