Poor service

Good day

Again when I got home my DSTV has been disconnected Im so tired of this and everytime I need to pay 50.00 reconnection fee even if its not my mistake.

Since I changed to pricelock its a problem each and every month. Whilst I was paying the account myself Inever had a problem. Changed to price lock and debit order and dstv gets disconnected every month.
