Poor Service

I Contact DSTV Multichoice on the 25th to refund me back my money as I have paid the wrong account, but till today no refund I call in yesterday I spoke to Xoliswa poor customer service, lady put me on the on hold for 17 minutes and she came back and hang up, Dstv contact center agent in the following contact number ***, today was told, I have to wait for 24hrs to be transferred to my account and then refund 7 days and Thandiwe same keep on putting me on hold same poor service as well,she told me that it could fail in 2 days and we have to start again with the reversal, Poor product knowledge, noise at the back round could hear their colleaques speaking on their personal staff of which that are non of our business.
