Poor Service

This company needs to shut its door. They just cruel. Lack of assistance. Sending me pillar to post. My God I am so disgusted by them. They just dont care about their customers. I have spoken to 8 different agents having to go through the same story. Till now no one has helped me. I find this company disturbing and very disappointing.
